For a property opportunity or preliminary rehabilitation review, a 3–5 minute phone video walkthrough can be helpful. Please do not include personal records, alarm codes, identification, financial documents, or other sensitive information.

We review the information, identify what needs a site visit or specialist input, and discuss a practical next step. A preliminary discussion is not a binding quote, appraisal, engineering opinion, permit approval, or substitute for an on-site inspection.
